Warranty Policy
- The warranty card is only valid after stamp and signature of the Distributor / Dealer or Authorized service center.
- The warranty period starts from the date of purchase.
- During warranty period repairs will be free of charge.
- Warranty only covers of repair and not for replacement of the product or refund.
- The warranty covers only the defaults, manufacturing or quality problems. Any damage link to external factors such as : Bad manipulations, in case of fire, lightning, improper use, unstable voltage or any act of God is not covered under warranty.
- Re-installation due to bad / improper installation shall be chargeable.
- Product to be serviced must be brought along with original warranty card & Invoice to avail warranty service.
- Warranty does not covers any accessory external to the product like battery, filters, plastic breakable items etc. and also is not applicable on dented / damaged product.
- Warranty is not transferable to anybody.
- Warranty require carry in (workshop) service, one receipt will be given by service center against receiving of the unit. This receipt should be presented by all means for recollection of the unit.
- We have no responsibility for all the product brought in for repairs and are not collected back with in 15 days.
- Rebune International Co. Ltd reserves the right not to release goods if customer fails to produce the original copy of service receipt at service center.
- All parts replaced in the unit during warranty period are not returnable.
- Warranty will not be valid without submission of the warranty card copy at Distributor OR Authorized service center.
- This warranty cover is effective from 1st March, 2025 and applies to all products purchased from that day.
